Nano Breaker Internet Ranking Contest Rules

To enter the Nano Breaker Internet Ranking Contest, please follow the directions below and read the "Official Contest Rules".

  1. Play the Nano Breaker Splatter Mode from the North American Version of Nano Breaker for the PlayStation® 2. You must use one or more stages of the Splatter Mode to enter the contest. The stages that will count toward the contest are Stages 1-8 only. To unlock Splatter Mode in Nano Breaker, the game must be completed one time through. The Splatter Mode option will be unlocked and will be selectable in the Main Menu. Each Splatter Mode stage (Stages 2-8) will be unlocked when you rank on the previous Splatter Mode stage. [Note: Overseas versions of the game will not generate valid passwords and will not be allowed into the contest]
  2. You must record your gameplay in order to validate your entry if you are the Grand Prize or a 1st Place winner. This can be done in a variety of ways. You can hook your PlayStation®2 through a VCR or a DVD recorder and record the gameplay footage. This is to verify your score for prizing. Any DVD or media that cannot be played or watched will be discarded and invalid for the contest.
  3. Go to the Nano Breaker Internet Ranking Website during the dates of March 1st 12:00 PM - March 15th 6:00 PM and fill out the contest entry form: We will require your name, valid E-mail address, age and game password. You must be at least 17 years of age or older and a U.S. resident to enter the contest. You must enter your scores between March 1st 12:00 PM and March 15th 6:00pm for your scores to count for the contest. To enter your score, click on the "ENTRY" button.
  4. You can view the current rankings by clicking on the "TOP 10" button on the website. If you are one of the highest ranking players at the end of the contest period, you will be contacted from Konami through the E-mail address you supplied and will be requested to send in your proof of gameplay tape (or CD/DVD). Upon confirmation through your E-mail address, we will send you the appropriate materials to finalize your entry. Note that the High-Score Ranking page on the website will not necessarily be the official ranking for the contest, as some of the scores and/or players will be ineligible to participate in the contest, but will be allowed to enter their score on the ranking page.
  5. The winners will be chosen as follows:
